Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by SDL Nexum ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

SDL Nexum provides cloud and application development services, including:

• Custom cloud solutions and architecture

Client Responsibilities

As a client of SDL Nexum, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Communicate timely feedback during project execution
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials provided to us
• Pay fees as agreed in project proposals or contracts
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during project work for future engagements, provided no confidential information is disclosed.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties without consent, except:

• When required by law or legal process
• To our employees or contractors who need access to perform services
• With your explicit written permission

Project Delivery

We follow agile development methodologies with regular communication and iterative delivery. Project timelines and milestones are established in individual project agreements. Changes to scope may affect timeline and cost, which will be communicated and agreed upon before implementation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, SDL Nexum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghent, Belgium.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
